Jan Tedder is a nurse practitioner and certified lactation consultant (IBCLC). Over three decades, Jan has provided health care for young families, developed breastfeeding support programs, and provided lactation consultation at Wake Health Services, SAS Health Care Center, and UNC Family Medicine. In addition to helping mothers meet their breastfeeding goals, Jan also created HUG Your Baby, an award-winning parent education program used by families and professionals around the world.
